The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 271 of 2016 registered under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is no material against the petitioner in the whole case diary. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. There is general and omnibus allegation against him.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
