This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 326, 307, 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

According to first information report for trivial dispute groups were firing against each other. The firing of coaccused, Rajesh Kumar @ Aare Yadav, caused injury and death of Parwati Kumari, the niece of the informant, when she was passing from there.

Submission of the petitioner is that similarly situated co-accused, Birchandra Yadav, has already been allowed anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 31272 of 2016 on 11.08.2016. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 16 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the
