The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chautarwa (Bathwariya) P.S. Case No. 47 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 308 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. Further submission is that both the parties have sustained injuries in the alleged occurrence but all the injuries are simple in nature. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within

No.36322 of 2017 (5) dt.08-11-2017 2/2 a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.,, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Chautarwa (Bathwariya) P.S. Case No. 47 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
