ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 07-01-2015 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 11.3.2014 passed in Cr.Misc.No.50003 of 2013. By order dated 11.3.2014 the Petitioners were granted anticipatory bail, but due to unforeseen circumstances, the Petitioner could not appear on time.

Considering the same, four weeks further time from the date of receipt of this order is allowed to the Petitioners for surrender in the Court below.

Application stands allowed.

The Petitioners are directed to deposit a sum of Rs.250/- each in the concerned District Legal Aid Committee. Let this order be communicated to the court of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Imamganj P.S. case No.01 of 2013.
