JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 30-07-2018 The learned counsel for the State has filed a show cause today stating therein that in compliance of the earlier order of this Court dated 02.07.2018, the calculation has been re-worked and it has been found that a further sum of Rs. 66,734/- is required to be paid to the petitioners and infact, the same has also been paid

Patna High Court MJC No.2718 of 2015 (15) dt.30-07-2018 2/2 to the petitioners. It is further submitted that according to the information received from the institute, it appears that the petitioners have already been paid all the post retrial claims apart from the pension.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there may be some arrears to be paid specially in view of the fact that the matter is pending before the concerned authority, however the learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that the present petition be disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file a representation before the authorities bringing to the notice of the said authorities about the payments to be made. In view of the aforesaid, the present contempt petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach the concerned authority, in case any outstanding amount is found payable subsequently and the authorities would consider the same within a limited period.
