Petitioner is in custody since 23.01.2012 in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 362 of 2011 registered under Sections 302, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Though there is direct allegation against the petitioner but the petitioner is rotting in jail custody for the last five years. Charges have already been framed in this case. There is no allegation of tampering with the evidences. In the interest of justice, the petitioner may be enlarged on bail. Considering the nature of accusation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54043 of 2016 (7) dt.07-03-2017 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 362 of 2011/ S.T. No. 20 of 2015.
