The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 147, 504, 506, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1)(ii) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

The prosecution case is that the accused persons took possession and started construction of the land. On protest being made the informant was abused by calling caste name, assaulted and his wrist watch and Rs. 1500/- were snatched.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the land in question is purchased by the petitioner side but the informant got a forged purcha made with regard to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50984 of 2015 (2) dt.06-11-2015 2/2 the said land and the purcha issued in favour of the informant was challenged, hence, the present case has been lodged. There is a counter version of the occurrence also. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the accusation being levelled in the background of serious land dispute and the petitioner being a lady, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria SC/ST P.S. Case No. 16 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
