JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-12-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Thakraha P.S. Case No. 70 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under sections 467, 468, 471, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not submitted any forged certificate and he has not drawn any salary. Petitioner has not committed any forgery. As a matter of fact, petitioner has been cheated. Learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there is specific allegation against this petitioner that by playing fraud he obtained appointment on compassionate ground.

Considering the nature of allegations levelled, the materials available on record and the submissions advanced on behalf of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43858 of 2017(5) dt.19-12-2017 2/2 the parties, this Court does not find it to be a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The same is, therefore, rejected.
