2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Govindganj P.S. Case No. 87/ 2024 dated 25.02.2024 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Section(s) 323, 324, 327, 384, 504, 506 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Mr. Jainendra Kumar Pushkar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no serious and specific allegation against this petitioner in the F.I.R. and the allegation of demanding a sum of Rs. Ten lakhs is against co-accused, Binod Kumar Tiwary, who has been granted anticipatory bail by the learned trial court vide order dated 06.05.2024 (Annexure2). It is further submitted that informant is the uncle of the petitioner and in between them there is property dispute and the

4. Mr. Rajendra Singh, learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.

5. Considering the above submissions, this court finds the petitioner's prayer for anticipatory bail to be fit for accepting. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail in connection with Govindganj P.S. Case No. 87/ 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
