2. By the order under contempt dated 03.07.2025, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 18992 of 2024, a Bench of this Court has been pleased to dispose of the writ petition in terms of the judgment passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 11587 of 2024.

3. A show-cause affidavit has been filed. It has been apprised that the claim of the petitioner along with others was

Patna High Court MJC No.2791 of 2025 dt.28-11-2025 2/2 duly considered, however, on being found that since the petitioner has not been passed the departmental examination, his claim was not find favour.

4. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that finding of the Committee is wholly erroneous, as the petitioner was not required to pass the Departmental examination, moreover the petitioner has already crossed the age of 50 years, in terms with the notification no. 3127 dated 06.03.2018.

5. Having considered the submissions advanced and the averments made in the show-cause affidavit as well as the decision taken by the Committee, this Court does not find any reason or occasion to continue with the present contempt proceeding.

6. However, if the petitioner has any grievance, he may challenge the decision taken by the Committee in appropriate proceeding.

7. The contempt petition stands disposed of.
