Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 36 of 2010 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448,324,326,307,302 of the I.P.C. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they have been falsely implicated in the present case. Final form has been submitted. They have no criminal antecedent. Also similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 42494 of 2015 vide order dated 13.10.2015.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, in the event of arrest
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54853 of 2016 (4) dt.27-03-2017 2/2 or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 36 of 2010 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
