JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-09-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Raj Nagar P.S. Case No. 143 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 376, 493, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence. He has been implicated in this case on suspicion due to admitted land dispute between the parties. The present first information report has been lodged after delay of about ten months without any explanation. The present case has been filed in retaliation of the earlier case filed by the wife of the present petitioner. Parties are agnates. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
