Learned counsel for the petitioners are permitted to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of three weeks on resumption of physical mode. The Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69850 of 2021(2) dt.08-06-2022 2/2 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 11, 18 and 56 of the Bihar Mines Minerals Illegal Storage Transportation Mining Rule, 2019.

Allegation against the petitioners is illegal storage and transportation of sand from Raiyati land.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the petition.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Sabour (Goradih) P.S. Case No. 207 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Chandra Prakash Singh, J) Gautam/- U T
