JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "i). For issue direction to pay the arrear of the salary in the light of the circular bearing Memo No.3495 dated 11.06.2020 by which enhanced the age of superannuation of Ayush Medical Officer of Zila Parishad in light of the notification No.6845 dated 30.07.2015 issued by Finance Department, Govt Bihar.

ii) For issuance of direction to respondents for considering for grant of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13733 of 2023(2) dt.01-04-2024 2/2 ACP to the petitioner as he is entitled for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th dynamic ACP, same has not been considered as yet and further issue direction to respondents for considering the application of the petitioner for grant of the ACP as other similarly situated persons have been considered by the letter dated 22.07.2022 and further issue direction to respondents grant benefit of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th dynamic ACP and pay the its arrear along with the interest to the date of full and final payment to the petitioner."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
