2. The petitioner is in custody since 18.04.2019 in connection with Sakri P.S. Case No. 94 of 2018 for the offences alleged under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated merely because he happens to be the husband of the deceased. The accusations are general and omnibus. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Learned A.P.P. opposes the petition on the basis of the post mortem report contained in the case diary which discloses death by strangulation. It is submitted that the petitioner and the deceased were married on 06.05.2018 and

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and the gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. The petition stands dismissed.
