This application is filed for Modification of order dated 20.07.2017 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 20743 of 2017.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners were granted Anticipatory Bail on 20.07.2017 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 20743 of 2017 with a direction to surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks in connection with G.O. Case No. 450 of 2016, pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, but due to some unavoidable circumstances, petitioners could not surrender before the court below within the stipulated time.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43468 of 2017 (2) dt.20-09-2017 2/2 In such view of the matter, the time to surrender of petitioners as per order dated 20.07.2017 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 20743 of 2017 is further extended by four weeks from today in connection with aforesaid case, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada. Accordingly, the modification application is allowed and the 20.07.2017 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 20743 of 2017 is modified to the above extent.
