JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE ) 16-10-2015 Heard Mr. Ajay Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr. Vikas Kumar, learned Assistant Counsel to Advocate General, for the State-respondents. Having regard to the facts, which have been stated in the present writ petition, we are of the view that a proper and effective investigation is needed in the present case.

WJC No.1067 of 2015 (2) dt.16-10-2015 2/2 In view of the above and in the interest of justice, we close this writ petition with direction to the Officer-in-Charge, Bettiah Muffasil Police Station, to investigate in accordance with law Bettiah Muffasil Police Station Case No.377 of 2015 and bring the same to its logical conclusion expeditiously. We also direct the Superintendent of Police, West Champaran At Bettiah, to ensure that the investigation in the case aforementioned is carried out in accordance with law and effectively so that the investigation is brought to its logical conclusion.
