Patna High Court MJC No.2501 of 2023 dt.29-03-2024 2/2 District Magistrate, Patna intends to file show cause during the course of the day. He has given an undertaking and it reads as under:- "That further it is stated and submitted that ISBT Society in its meeting dated 21.03.2022 had already been discussed the issue of vending zone near Patliputra Bus Terminal, however, it is held that there is no proposal and allocation of vending zone area in approved site, map and project of ISBT however, there is already a proposal of establishment of shops/stall for food and refreshment for the facilitation and accommodation of the traveler and bus operators." In the light of aforementioned undertaking grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.

Accordingly, the present MJC contempt petition stands dropped, reserving liberty to file Interlocutory Application in seeking recalling the present order, in the event of non-execution of undertaking given by the District Magistrate, Patna cited (supra).
