2. Earlier, the prayer for regular bail of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 21.06.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23680 of 2023 .

3 . The Trial Court report reveals dated 21.09.2024 that no prosecution witnesses have been examined till date . Petitioner is in custody since 08.03.2020.

4. Considering the period of custody and tardy progress of trial, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 6th Additional Sessions Judge Saran in connection with S. Tr. No. 328 of 2021 arising
