JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 365, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner and others are suspected to have induced the daughter of the informant to go with them.

The victim in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has stated that she had love affair with the petitioner and she has already married. Considering the statement of the victim, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be
