On behalf of the petitioner, it has been submitted that the gratuity amount of the petitioner has already been paid to him. The only issue that remains to be redressed by the respondents is the statutory interest.

The petitioner seeks liberty to file a representation before the competent authority for the redressal of the remaining grievance in the light of order dated 13.01.2021 passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 11188/2018.
