2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):
"for issuance of an appropriate writ(s), order(s) direction(s) to the respondents to demarking the land bearing Khata no.560, Plot no.1668, 1669, 1667, 1803 and 1671 total area 2 Acre 29 decimal which is situated in village Sukarwaliya, AnchalItadhi, District-Buxar, the same has been recorded in favour of petitioner mother namely Raj Kumari Devi and petitioner has been peacefully possession of that very land from mother alive and mutation has been made in favour of his mother and petitioner has paid the revenue to the Govt. and rent receipt has been granted till today but in the meantime adjoining
Patna High Court CWJC No.12775 of 2023(2) dt.07-07-2026 2/2 raiyats have made encroachment of the same part of that very land due to that reason peace have not made so demarcation is necessary of that very land and after demarcation further gave the direction to the respondents to give the possession of that very land and earlier petitioner has filed several representation before authorities with regard to his grievance but authorities are sitting tight over the matter and matter is pending till today.
3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the counter-affidavit shows that the measurement has been made and the Measurement Case No. 137 of 2023-24 has been disposed of, as such, he may be permitted to withdraw the petition.
4. Permission accorded.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
