2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 280 of 2023 instituted under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Unknown criminals looted the bag and motorcycle of the informant. The name of the petitioner has come in the self inculpatory statement of the co-accused.

4. Considering the nature of allegation, I find that it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
