2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 459 of 2025 for the offences registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, 156.63 litre foreign liquor was recovered from the dicky of a Baleno Car bearing Registration No. BR01FJ-7026 which was driven by the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is driver of the said vehicle who was hired by the owner of the vehicle, namely Paras Ray. He had no knowledge about the seized liquor in the car. Petitioner has no criminal

5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties and facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No. 1-cum-Addl.
