Nos. 2 to 4 has filed a further supplementary show cause along with which Annexure A is a document signed by the Finance Officer showing that a sum of Rs.3,00,295/- of Cheque No. 114486 dated 14.09.2018 has now been credited in the petitioner's account i.e. the petitioner. In the aforesaid view of the matter, this contempt application is dismissed.
Learned counsel for the petitioner claims that still a sum of Rs.22,235/- is pending, however, this has been contested
Patna High Court MJC No.2671 of 2015 (11) dt.27-09-2018 2/2 by the learned counsel representing O.P. No.3 by referring to the statements made in the show cause filed on the last date. He also placed reliance on the calculation chart to justify his statement. In these circumstances if the petitioner finds anything adverse he can approach this Court to raise his claim and get it decided in a competent jurisdiction in accordance with law.
