====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 17-01-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

From perusal of the impugned order dated 07.09.2016 passed by the District Judge, Begusarai in Civil Transfer Petition No. 133 of 2016/112 of 2016, it appears that the transfer petition was filed by the present petitioner before the District Judge, praying for transfer of Title Appeal No. 40 of 2007 from the court of A.D.J.-IV to any other competent court. The District Judge found that there is no sufficient ground for transfer of the Title Appeal.

In such circumstances, I do not find any jurisdictional error in the impugned order and, as such, this Civil Miscellaneous

Patna High Court C.Misc. No.9 of 2017 (2) dt.17-01-2017 2/2 application is dismissed.
