Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned Special P.P.
Submission of learned counsel for the appellant is that after granting pre-arrest bail the respondents have threatened the appellant and to that effect he has filed a petition before learned Judicial Magistrate but no action has been taken. From perusal of the record it appears that privilege of
Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.2542 of 2017 (4) dt.08-11-2017 2/2 pre-arrest bail has been granted by learned Special Judge in this case to respondents Nos. 2 to 7.
In such view of the matter, the appellant should first move before the learned Special Judge for cancellation of prearrest bail granted to respondents Nos. 2 to 7. With the said observation, this appeal is disposed of. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) spal/- U
