2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:- "i. For that to issue Writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 10.05.2023 and 09.06.2023 passed by District Land Acquisition officer, Patna in L.A case No. 35/2020-21 with regard to land bearing Khata No. 316, Plot No. 196, Area -1.28 Acre.
ii. For that to issue a Writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent to
Patna High Court CWJC No.12808 of 2023(2) dt.23-04-2024 2/2 refer the matter before Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority Patna under section 76 of the New Act 2013.
iii. For that to issue any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is found to be entitled in the fact and circumstances of the case."
3. A perusal of the order sheet would show that the persons whose name has come in the order dated 10.05.2023 passed in order have deliberately not been made party respondent.
4. This case is fit to be dismissed with cost but since, learned counsel for the petitioner is a new comer, granting liberty to approach appropriate authority, if the petitioner feels aggrieved, the writ petition stands disposed of. (Rajiv Roy, J) Adnan/- U
