2. The petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent Jai Prakash University, Chapra to take steps for issuance of his result/mark-sheets of Bachelor of Science, Physics (Hons.) Part III Examination conducted by the University in the month of November, 2015.

3. On perusal of the pleadings on record, it transpires that in similar circumstance directions have been issued by this Court vide order dated 27.08.2018 passed in CWJC No. 12195 of 2018 (Sharda Kumari Vs. Jai Prakash University and Others).

Patna High Court CWJC No.18547 of 2018(2) dt.18-09-2018 2/2 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University informs this Court that if the petitioner approaches the University with relevant documents, his result/mark-sheets shall be made available to him, if absence of registration is the reason for non publication of his result.

4. This application stands disposed of with a direction to the University that if the petitioner approaches the University for supply of the result and certificate, the same shall be issued to him forthwith, if there is no other impediment. (Chakradhari Sharan Singh, J) arun/- U
