The license of the petitioner was suspended under Clause 28 of the Control Order of 2016, for an FIR having been lodged against him. The petitioner was served notice to respond to the charges but till date, he has not replied. Mr. Tiwari submits that within two weeks, reply to the aforesaid notice shall be filed by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15016 of 2022 dt.11-11-2022 2/2 petitioner.

In case the reply is filed, the licensing authority shall advert to such reply and shall pass a final order, giving reasons in support of the same, within a reasonable period, say 60 days as much time has already elapsed since the license of the petitioner was suspended.

With the afore-noted direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
