2. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 342, 452, 323, 324, 307, 376 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

No.66345 of 2024(2) dt.23-10-2024 2/3 the petitioners are person with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that on 26.07.2021 at 9.30 am when her father had gone to purchase fodder and she was alone in the house when the accused persons including the petitioners entered the house and started abusing and assaulting her and even threatened to commit rape and when her father returned it is alleged that all the accused assaulted his father and other family members by lathi, danda causing injury.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant with a general and omnibus allegation of assault. It is also submitted that a land dispute is going on in between the parties as stated at para 6 of the anticipatory bail application. It is next submitted that Mufassil P.S. Case No. 242 of 2021 has been instituted by the side of the petitioners' against the side of the informant, as such, the instant FIR is a counter blast.
5. Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, are directed to be released on bail
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66345 of 2024(2) dt.23-10-2024 3/3 on furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Mufassil P. S. Case No. 352 of 2021 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
7. The application stands allowed.
