Patna High Court MJC No.65 of 2015(22) dt.11-11-2024 2/2 2017 dated 08.11.2021. In fact, Hon'ble Supreme Court while allowing the appeal set aside the order dated 22.11.2016 passed by the High Court and close the MJC No. 65 of 2015. Neither of the counsels have apprised this Court for the last about three years to the extent of aforementioned development so as to give quietus to the present litigation.

2. Be that as it may, the present MJC No. 65 of 2015 stands disposed of in the light of Hon'ble Supreme Court decision.
