The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Goh P.S. case No. 6 of 2017 under Section 406, 420, 409 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The gist of the allegation is that petitioner deposited Rs. 50,000/- on 10.04.2008 under Laxmi Deposit Scheme of the Co-operative bank Ltd. The amount was to mature on 10.04.2014 but the bank did not pay the maturity amount to the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are employees of the Co-operative Bank and the PACS
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43814 of 2017 (2) dt.22-09-2017 2/2 functionaries but now the case has been compromised. The informant filed compromise petition stating therein that he has already received the entire maturity amount.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioners, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Goh P.S. case No. 6 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
