2. The present modification petition has been preferred as to make necessary correction in paragraph '2' of the order dated 18.07.2025 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 72122 of 2024, where submission was made in support of withdrawal as "to raise all such issues before this Court itself by way of filing fresh petition".

3. Considering the aforesaid submission and for the reasons stated in the petition itself, paragraph '2' of order

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63233 of 2025(2) dt.12-09-2025 2/2 dated 18.07.2025 be modified and read as "After short argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application to raise all such issues before this Court itself by way of filing fresh petition."

4. With aforesaid correction, the present modification application stands allowed.
