This application has been filed for modification of the order, dated 15.05.2023, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 71037 of 2022, whereby the present petitioner has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail subject to the condition that the petitioner shall surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of the order. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not surrender before the learned District Court, at Gaya, within the time granted by this Court, due to the fact that the petitioner was engaged in the treatment of his ailing father, at Delhi. He accordingly prays for three weeks' more

Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the time granted by this Court to surrender before the learned Court below by order, dated 15.05.2023, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 71037 of 2022, is hereby extended by further three weeks from today, subject to deposit of Rs. 1,000/- in the account of District Legal Services Authority, Gaya.

Accordingly, this application is allowed to the extent indicated above.
