Petitioner is languishing in custody in connection with S.T. No.447 of 2015, arising out of Gopalpur (Rangra) P.S. Case No. 402 of 2014, for the offences punishable under Sections 363/365/364/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Some unknown criminals robbed the motorcycle of the informant.

Submission is that the name of the petitioner transpires in the confessional statement of co-accused Bauku Mandal and Pawan Mandaland, who have already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. Nos.32870 and 31736 of 2016. The case of this petitioner is of better footing.
