Petitioner is not named in the first information report and in course of investigation, one Md. Reyaz Ansari was arrested and disclosed that he had made call of extortion at the direction of this petitioner and furthermore, petitioner had given sim to him. Petitioner carries criminal antecedent but in the present case, except the aforesaid confessional statement, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in Runnisaidpur P.S. Case no. 479/2014. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
