1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(2), 109, 303(2), 324(4), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent. It is next submitted that Uday Kumar along with two others had approached this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Criminal Miscellaneous No. 59777 of 2025 and the same came to be allowed by an order dated 11.09.2025, as such, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail on parity. It is also submitted that petitioner is not alleged to have assaulted the injured and the

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the anticipatory bail application.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into consideration the order dated 11.09.2025 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 59777 of 2025 the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Trial Court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 288 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.

6. Accordingly, the instant anticipatory bail application stands allowed.
