The petitioner seeks bail in Chakai P.S. Case No. 201 of 2021, registered for the offence under Sections 414, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, co-accused Neeraj Kumar Ram was apprehended with stolen motorcycle and he alleged that he purchased the said motorcycle from this petitioner. In support of the same, he showed photocopy of R.C.Book, on which, petitioner's name was mentioned, as owner of the motorcycle.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. There is no proof that petitioner had sold the seized motorcycle. Petitioner is in custody since 27.09.2021. Investigation is complete.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69475 of 2021(2) dt.07-03-2022 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - V, Jamui in connection with Chakai P.S.
