2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been filed against the order of dismissal/termination of the petitioner contained in Memo No.1329 of 2019, dated 05.07.2019 (Annexure-13) passed by the Superintendent of Police, Khagaria.

4. In response, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already filed appeal before the D.I.G. of Police, Munger Range, Munger, which is still pending and no final order has been passed.

In the light of the submissions made, let this writ petition is disposed off directing the petitioner to file the representation before the D.I.G. of Police, Munger Range, for passing order in his appeal.
