2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that vide order dated 05.08.2025, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52780 of 2025, by which the petitioner was granted regular bail but due to typographical error in the prayer portion at page7 of the bail petition as "the petitioner on furnishing sureties of the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise, Patna" due to which the same has been mentioned in para-6 of the said order sheet dated 05.08.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52780 of 2025. Learned counsel has further submitted that in para-6 of the said order sheet be read as "learned court concerned, Gaya in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62316 of 2025(2) dt.18-11-2025 2/2 place of learned Court concerned, Patna".

3. In view of the above, let the order dated 05.08.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52780 of 2025, in the aforesaid order sheet be read as learned court concerned, Gaya in place of learned Court concerned, Patna.

4. Accordingly, the order dated 05.08.2025, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52780 of 2025 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
