ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 03-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks quashing of the First Information Report of Barhat P.S. Case No. 13 of 2012 on the ground that after the First Information Report was instituted on the premise that the Challan was forged when it was tested it was found to be legally valid.

However, since this is a matter which is within the purview of investigation, the application is disposed off with a direction to the Investigating Officer to consider the aforesaid and other aspects of the case and conclude the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40537 of 2012 dt.03-07-2015 2/2 Let this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Jamui, in connection with Barhat P.S. Case No. 13 of 2012 for its onward transmission to the Investigating Officer, through FAX at the cost of the Petitioner.
