JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR ORAL ORDER 30-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 667C of 2016 registered for the offences under sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted that allegation of cheating and committing breach of trust is omnibus as there is no material on record to show that the informant gave any amount to the petitioner.
Considering the nature of allegation, facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed and the petitioner, Manjesh Singh, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50369 of 2017 (2) dt.30-10-2017 2/2 the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Complaint Case No. 667C of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
