2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 318 ( 4 ), 338 , 336 (3) , 340 ( 2 ), 61 ( 2 ) and 3 (5)of BNS 2023 .
3 . It is alleged that petitioner got appointment on the post of Block teacher on the basis of forged and fake documents.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case . He further submits that after thorough verification of all certificates by the concerned department, petitioner was appointed on the post of Block teacher. Later on , without proper enquiry or giving any notice to the petitioner, all the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57544 of 2025(2) dt.30-08-2025 2/2 documents furnished by the petitioner have been declared forged and fabricated. It is further submitted that petitioner has already been dismissed from the post of Block Teacher on 24.04.2025 by the concerned authority . Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that service of the petitioner has already terminated from the aforesaid post and circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today , let the petitioner, as named above , be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Krishnagarh P.S. case No. 53 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 ( 2 ) of BNSS 2023 .
