Taking into consideration that snatched chain was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and he was caught on the spot just after the alleged occurrence, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Kadam Kuan P.S.Case No. 212 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Patna stands rejected, at least, at this stage.
