2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 103(1), 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. Informant suspects that this petitioner along with co-accused Manju Devi committed murder of husband of informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from perusal of F.I.R., it is apparent that informant is not eyewitness and has raised only suspicion against this petitioner because of previous enmity. As a matter of fact, husband of the informant was an accused in the murder case of brother of this petitioner and as such, informant has raised suspicion against this petitioner and other co-accused. Petitioner is in custody since 03.03.2025. Chargesheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge - II, Saharsa in connection with S.T. Case No. 223 of 2025, arising out of Bangaon P.S. Case No. 23 of 2025.
