JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 27-11-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners apprehend arrest in Karja P.S. Case No. 80 of 2010 instituted for the offence under Sections-304(B), 328, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted that petitioners are mother-in-law and father-in-law of the deceased.

Learned Sessions Judge has mentioned in the impugned order that these petitioners have been declared absconder and the charge sheet has been filed showing the petitioners as absconders. Since petitioners have been declared absconder by the court below, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. The petitioners are directed to surrender in the court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45791 of 2017 (5) dt.27-11-2017 within four weeks from today and seek regular bail which will be considered by the court below after looking into the fact that they are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased and husband is already in custody and disposed off on the same day in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order.
