Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sheikhopursarai P. S. case no. 60/2014 registered under sections 379 and 411 of the IPC.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report and it appears from perusal of the impugned order that name of the petitioner came in this case in the confessional statement of coaccused. Para 3 of the petition reveals that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in Sheikhopursarai P. S.
