For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Surya Kant Mishra, Advocate For the State : Mr. Anant Kumar, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-03-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the First Information Report (for short 'the FIR') of Angarghat P.S. Case No.65 of 2016 registered under Sections 406, 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the FIR.
The allegations made in the FIR do attract ingredients of a cognizable offence.
In that view of the matter, I see no merit in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54334 of 2016 (2) dt.26-03-2018 2/2 application. It is dismissed, accordingly.
