Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents may be directed to consider the case of the petitioner for posting in terms of the guidelines issued by the Director, Primary Education, Bihar dated 10.01.2019 and 11.01.2019.

In the event, petitioner files representation before the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Nalanda at Biharsharif alongwith the aforesaid guidelines issued by the Director, Primary Education, Bihar, the District Programme

Patna High Court CWJC No.18336 of 2018(2) dt.27-06-2019 2/2 Officer (Establishment), Nalanda shall pass appropriate order in the matter of posting of the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
